Adam Pyle & Associates LLC is the general contractor for a new location for Buckingham’s restaurant in Nixa. Cameron Roy, who also owns a Buckingham’s eatery in Springfield, is letting the lease expire on the current Nixa location and moving to the new building, which is scheduled for completion by Oct. 1. The project comprises 4,700 square feet and seating for more than 150 customers, Roy said. He declined to disclose construction costs for the project, financed by Liberty Bank. The architect is H Design Group LLC, and the engineers are Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil; Larose & Schober Engineering Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Pinnacle Design Consultants, structural. The fast-casual restaurant’s full barbecue menu includes ribs, salads and sandwiches, and the eatery will have a drive-through, full-service bar and patio, Roy said.
