Buc-ee’s has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against a South Carolina clothing company.
Goose Creek, South Carolina-based Born United is accused in the lawsuit of allegedly featuring a beaver on its clothing that's similar to the Buc-ee’s logo.
Buc-ee’s is seeking damages and for Born United to be barred from selling the alleged offending merchandise.
