Buc-ee’s has filed suit against an Ohio gas station operator, alleging the company's logo and name are too similar to its own.
The lawsuit was filed against Coles IP Holdings, LLC, which owns Mickey’s gas stations. Mickey’s has 42 locations in north central Ohio.
According to the lawsuit, Mickey’s logo, name and mascot have allegedly caused confusion to customers.
