Expansion Abounds for Bryan Properties

Posted online

With four new projects in progress and more on the way across the Ozarks, Bryan Properties entered 2022 with a focus on expansion and new construction and an eye on the modern and sustainable.

“Bryan Properties has positioned itself to make 2022 the year of new beginnings,” said Ericka Peppers, operations manager for Bryan Properties. “We have new multi-family communities going up, new hotels underway and we are continuing to expand our reach by partnering with other developers and managing their assets the Bryan Properties way.”

Bryan Properties’ new projects include:

 • River Ranch, Ozark, an apartment community in Christian County.

• The Bend on Promenade, Rogers, Ark., an upscale apartment neighborhood in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities.

• The Element on Battlefield located just west of National Avenue and Battlefield Road. Element Hotels is part of Marriott International, Inc. and will feature bright design that defies convention, bringing a fresh look to the gateway of the Medical Mile.

• Home2Suites by Hilton, a hotel development in
Columbia, is an all-suite extended-stay hotel featuring an open lobby area, customizable guest room designs and contemporary accommodations. Sustainability is an important part of this project. Suites will feature biodegradable food trays, recycled flooring and carpet tiles, low-flow showers and faucets, Energy Star rated appliances and bulk bath amenities.

Peppers continued, “Our talented, dedicated team members are ready to launch and operate these exciting additions to the portfolio. In 2021 we were assembling and preparing but now it’s game on!”
