British Airways replaces CEO

British Airways has a new CEO after a quick replacement process.

Alex Cruz, the airline's boss since 2016, is succeeded by Sean Doyle, CEO of sister carrier Aer Lingus.

Parent company International Consolidated Airlines Group SA is shaking up executive positions amid "the worst crisis faced in our industry," according to IAG chief Luis Gallego.
