Bristol Myers Squibb Co. was sued for $6.4 billion late last week.
The company is accused of allegedly delaying its Breyanzi cancer drug to avoid payments to shareholders of Celgene Corp., which it purchased in 2019.
The lawsuit was filed by UMB Bank, which is acting as a trustee on behalf of Celgene's former shareholders.
