Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks has hired a 10-year employee of Ozarks Technical Community College for a leadership role.
Jason Gomez, who had worked as marketing and promotions coordinator for OTC for the past decade, started with BCFO
last month as assistant executive director, according to a Dec. 26 news release from the nonprofit.
At BCFO, Gomez is charged with building marketing campaigns and promotions and managing special events. He reports to BCFO Executive Director Crystal Webster.
"The passion and dedication we have seen demonstrated for BCFO in this community is truly astounding. We're excited to have Jason on board to continue the positive momentum and further build on BCFO's abilities to make a real difference in breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and survivorship," Webster said in the release.
At OTC, Gomez assisted the school's director of communications with public relations and marketing development, helping to implement new enrollment strategies for the community college.[[In-content Ad]]
