The U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree stops in front of the Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson en route to Washington, D.C. Among those on hand are Mayor Raeanne Presley and entertainers, including Yakov Smirnov, Doug Gabriel, and actors and animals from Sight & Sound's "Miracle of Christmas." The 85-foot blue spruce comes from Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in Arizona and is provided by the National Park Service. Visitors can view the tree through windows on the trailer. The tree will be decorated with 10,000 handmade ornaments.
