The Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson quietly changed ownership earlier this year, putting the business under the same umbrella as Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction.

Pigeon Forge, Tennessee-based World Choice Investments LLC took over ownership of the Branson attraction and its sister property in Pigeon Forge in February, said Jack Lawrence, CEO of World Choice Investments. He declined to disclose the financial terms of the deal with Mary Kellogg-Joslyn and John Joslyn, who operated the Titanic attractions through Cedar Bay Entertainment LLC.

"We're excited to deliver the same great experience that the Joslyns cultivated with their products," Lawrence said, noting the deal allowed the Joslyns to retire from the business they founded.

Lawrence said no changes are planned at the Branson Titanic, founded in 2006, and the Pigeon Forge attraction, which got its start in 2010.

"We want to keep them exactly as is," said Lawrence.

World Choice Investments, which does business as Dolly Parton's Stampede & Pirates Voyage, owns Dolly Parton’s Stampede attractions in Branson and Pigeon Forge, as well as Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show in Pigeon Forge and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, along with Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud in Pigeon Forge and Comedy Barn in Pigeon Forge, Lawrence said.

The 2024 season marks the 30th year for Dolly Parton’s Stampede, according to past reporting.
