Jean Cargile, also of Gerken & Associates, completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. The program helps agents streamline transactions, from showing to closing, through a number of online tools and advanced software.
Branson-based Tripium LLC hired Chad Ray as new director of operations. A lifelong resident of Taney County, Ray is a College of the Ozarks graduate, with bachelor’s degrees in math and computer information science. Ray was previously a partner in Local Government Solutions, a consulting firm catering to local governments across the state of Missouri. Tripium LLC is a Web development company that operates www.iBranson.com and www.bransonmissouri.com and provides ticketing services to Branson hotels.
Dan Lennon, vice president of marketing and public relations for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & Conventions and Visitors Bureau, was among 34 graduates from the Leadership Missouri program sponsored by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Leadership Missouri is a seven-month course designed to help business, government and civic leaders better understand the operations of Missouri business and government. Graduation ceremonies were held at the Lodge of Four Season in Lake Ozark.
Ozark Mountain Bank also promoted Erica Dees to vice president, facility manager of its Branson West branch. Dees, a College of the Ozarks graduate, started working at the bank in 2000 and has held customer service representative, head teller and assistant vice president positions.
