Dr. Nicole Reid was accepted to the medical staff at Skaggs Community Health Center. A board-eligible general surgeon, Reid primarily performs endocrine surgery, endoscopy, laparoscopy and breast surgery. She is certified in hyperbaric medicine and complex wound management. Reid comes from North Carolina, where she saw patients at Triangle Surgical Associates in Cary and hyperbaric medicine patients at Rex Wound Care Center in Raleigh.

Dr. Lawrence Page joined Skaggs Orthopedic Associates. Page, an orthopedic surgeon, practiced with a surgical group in Joplin for 13 years and had previous medical experience in the U.S. Air Force, including service during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Earning his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Page completed a general surgery residency at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Mich., an orthopedic/general surgery internship at the University of Health Sciences in North Chicago, Ill., and a residency at the University of Washington Medical School in Seattle.[[In-content Ad]]
