Killian Construction is managing construction at Branson Landing in a joint venture with Turner Construction’s Kansas City divisional office. Killian’s portion of the work in the $420 million development for HCW Development Co. is valued at more than $105 million.

Construction of a new Garfield’s Restaurant and Pub is under way, and it is set to open May 26, the same time that Branson Landing will hold its retail opening. There are 104 tenant pad sites, which are flanked by Belk department store and Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World.

More than 80 tenants are signed on. Branson Landing, with six themed districts, comprises a total 1.5 million square feet, with 450,000 square feet for retail. The development includes two Hilton Hotels and two marinas. [[In-content Ad]]
