Branson Hills secures CID

Posted online
The Branson Board of Aldermen has approved a petition by the developers of Branson Hills to create a community improvement district for the mixed-use development. The CID would allow the developers to impose a 1 percent sales tax within the district, revenue from which would be used for the construction, operation and maintenance of public improvements.

The 1,100-acre Branson Hills project includes 1,900 residences, a retail district and an 18-hole golf course.[[In-content Ad]]
