Nabholz Construction is the general contractor for this four-story class A office building for owner/developer David Cushman of Cushman Real Estate Management. Don Ness of Ness Architects Inc. is the architect. Structural engineer is Jeffrey S. Smith, PE, with J.S. Smith Consulting Engineers in Joplin, and David L. Smith, Smith-Goth Engineers, is the mechanical engineer for the 46,120-square-foot structure. The project, with an estimated cost of $2.5 million, is scheduled for completion in February or March 2004. The building will have elevators, large lobbies and state-of-the-art technology. Suites are available for lease or purchase, in sizes ranging from 1,370 square feet to 10,000 square feet with entire floors available. Branson Financial Center will house Commerce Bank on the majority of the first floor, with four drive-through windows and an ATM.
