A rental car agency and a transportation company have signed on as exclusive providers for the new Branson Airport.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car will be the exclusive rental car provider, the airport announced today. Enterprise will have a service counter inside the airport terminal and a rental return facility integrated with check-in services.
St. Louis-based Enterprise is ranked 18th on Forbes magazine's list of the Top 500 Private Companies in America, and the company has branch offices located within 15 miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population, according to a news release.
The airport also announced today that Branson Gray Line will be the exclusive provider of taxi, limousine and shuttle ground transportation services for the airport. Those services include Branson Yellow Cab, Branson Checker Cab, Branson City Cab, Town Car and shuttle services to local hotels.
The airport is scheduled to open in May. Officials announced last week that AirTran Airways will provide daily service to and from Atlanta, through which AirTran connects to 54 destinations.[[In-content Ad]]
