Boston-based real estate investor Plymouth Industrial REIT purchased two St. Louis warehouses for $27 million.
The property, known as the St. Louis Commerce Center, is a block away from the future site of the $1.7 billion western headquarters for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The NGA project is slated for completion in 2025.
With the newest deal, Plymouth now owns more than 754,000 square feet of industrial space in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
