Another Kansas City-based corporate headquarters is flying the coop to Kansas from a location near the Kansas City International Airport.

WireCo WorldGroup signed a lease for 48,000 square feet of space on the Kansas side of the border. The move is expected in late summer.

The WireCo news comes two months after Dairy Farmers of America Inc. announced it would relocate its global headquarters to the Kansas side of the border and hire over 300 new workers there late next year.
