Boeing vice chair sells $16M of company stock

Boeing Vice Chairman Ray Conner last week sold $15.8 million worth of the company's stock, according to reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Conner is said to be headed toward retirement later this year.

Boeing executives are allowed to trade during a brief window once a quarter the week after the company releases its quarterly earnings.
