Boeing and Singapore Airlines yesterday inked a $13.8 billion deal at the White House.
Through the agreement, Singapore Airlines will purchase 20 Boeing 777-9 aircraft and 19 787-10 Dreamliner jets. That adds on to 30 of the Dreamliners the airline already agreed to buy.
President Donald Trump, who joined the companies and their officials at the signing ceremony, said the deal would support 70,000 jobs.
