Boeing shareholders have reelected outgoing CEO Dave Calhoun to the company's board.
Calhoun, who is slated to exit the CEO role at year's end, got the board vote nod along with 10 independent board nominees.
Shareholders additional approved a nearly $33 million executive pay package for Calhoun, covering work done in 2023, according to Yahoo Finance.
