Boeing Co. warned it may halt or slow production of its 737 Max jet.
The plane has been grounded since mid-March after two deadly crashes.
The company expects to submit software updates and paperwork to the Federal Aviation Administration by September. Weeks later, Boeing may receive clearance to resume passenger flights.
