Kuwaiti leasing company ALAFCO Aviation Lease and Finance Co. filed suit against Boeing over a canceled 737 Max order.
The $336 million lawsuit accuses Boeing of breach of contract for keeping payments despite being unable to deliver the planes or provide a revised delivery schedule.
Boeing suspended 737 Max deliveries in March 2019, following two deadly crashes involving the planes.
