Boeing agreed to pay $200 million to the Securities and Exchange Commission to settle charges related to the 737 Max.
The SEC alleged the company made "materially misleading public statements" following two deadly 737 Max crashes in 2018 and 2019.
Boeing last year agreed to pay $2.5 billion in fines and compensation to resolve a criminal investigation related to the design and certification of the 737 Max.
