Boeing Co. signed a deal to buy parts supplier KLX Inc. for $4.25 billion in cash.
The purchase includes KLX's Aerospace Solutions Group and $1 billion in debt.
The acquisition reportedly would bolster Boeing's growing new division that offers maintenance, spare parts and other services to airlines.
