The Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board will hold the public hearing 1–4 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Harry S Truman Building, Room 400, 301 W. High St.
The board works to include small businesses in the development of statewide agency rules and regulations in order to minimize any negative impact on businesses. Hearings are scheduled periodically in regions of the state where small-business comments originate.
Comments at the January hearing may be given verbally or submitted as written testimony.
Those wishing to give oral testimony must register by Jan. 1 at the board’s Web site, www.sbrfb.ded.mo.gob, by e-mailing sbrfb@ded.mo.gov or by calling (866) 719-1401. Verbal comments are limited to five minutes per registrant. Walk-in testimony will be allowed if time permits.
