The general contractor behind the practice facility of the St. Louis Blues claims it's still owed $6.1 million for its work.
St. Louis-based ARCO Construction Co. alleges it has for a year tried to be compensated for its work on the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights.
The contractor is expected to enter mediation next month with The St. Louis Legacy Ice Foundation, the nonprofit that spearheaded the project’s development.
