The U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled against Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin in a lawsuit against NASA.
The company filed suit after an astronaut lunar lander contract was awarded to Elon Musk's SpaceX earlier this year.
NASA said in a statement that work with SpaceX will resume "as soon as possible."
