Blackstone seeks to take Chinese developer private in $4B deal

U.S. private equity firm Blackstone Group Inc. is negotiating a deal to take SOHO China Ltd. private.

The deal being discussed is worth $4 billion, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The 1995-founded SOHO China had $8.8 billion worth of investment properties as of June 2019.
