The Black News Channel, a new 24-hour cable network, has once again delayed its launch.
The channel, co-founded by former Republican Congressman J.C. Watts, is scheduled to start on Feb. 10 during Black History Month. Originally, BNC was slated to launch in mid-November. It was pushed back to Jan. 6.
