BKD LLP and its BKD Financial Institutions Group have combined forces with Bank Earnings Alliance Inc., a profit-improvement firm servicing the financial needs of community banks and other financial institutions nationwide.
"As community banks and financial institutions continue to experience declining interest margins related to the competitive interest rate environment, they must search for opportunities to improve income and reduce expenses," said Jason Rader, partner and team director of the BKD Financial Institutions Group in Southern Missouri, in a news release. "BEA has a proven track record with community banks and other financial institutions in applying its unique methodology to improve profitability."
Profit-improvement solutions offered by BKD and BEA will help community banks and other financial institutions enhance revenue and reduce expenses through a series of analyses, including the use of BEA's proprietary approach.
BKD provides tax, assurance, accounting outsourcing, consulting and technology services to more than 1,000 financial institutions, many of them community banks, through its BKD Financial Institutions Group and BKD Technologies divisions.
BEA, a Union, Ky.-based management-consulting firm, focuses on performance and earnings improvement for financial institutions.
It helps clients identify and implement practical solutions for measurable, sustained improvements in efficiency, customer service and earnings.
