St. Louis-based BJC HealthCare announced a new talent recruitment tool.
The company plans to offer full-tuition scholarships to nursing students who agree to work for the health care system for three years after graduation.
The scholarships are scheduled to start in the fall at the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College.
