Bitcoin rivals Ethereum, Litecoin surge in value

Cryptocurrencies Ethereum and Litecoin have surged this week, Fox Business reports.

Ethereum is trading above $600 for the first time this week. It's jumped 98 percent in value during the past month and by more than 7,250 percent in the past year.

Litecoin crossed the $350 mark for the first time on Tuesday, rising 78 percent in one day and more than 9,500 percent in a year.
