Rep. Billy Long, R-Mo., has again switched his position on the GOP's health care plans.
Long first said the revised Republican "Obamacare" replacement bill weakens protections for people with pre-existing conditions and would not vote for it, despite first supporting it.
However, he switched back to a "yes" after Republican leaders promised to plump it up with $8 billion to help those with pre-existing conditions.
