Billionaire investor Carl Icahn on Thursday filed suit against Dell Technologies.
In the suit, Icahn alleges Dell withheld key financial information related to a planned deal to return the company to public trading.
Dell in July announced it would invest $21 billion to buy back its shares of a stock that tracks the company’s interest in VMware, or DVMT. The move is designed to return the company to public markets for the first time since 2013.
