Billionaire Bill Gross is calling for the top 1 percent of earners to pay more in taxes.
Gross, whose net worth is estimated at $2.2 billion, putting him in the top 0.01 percent, says he and other top earners should recognize they rode the credit boom for the past three decades but didn't create it.
