Big tech firms take aim at Trump

Big technology firms including Facebook and Twitter have banned President Donald Trump from their platforms in the wake of the insurrection at the Capitol last week.

Other companies to institute partial or permanent bans include Instagram and Snapchat. Stripe also announced it would stop processing payments for Trump's campaign.

The moves have raised questions by some of free speech issues and the power of big tech firms.
