Big Sky Brewing sues Anheuser-Busch

Big Sky Brewing Co. on Dec. 20 filed a lawsuit against Anheuser-Busch over its use of the phrase “hold my beer and watch this” in videos created by John Krasinski of "The Office" fame.

Missoula, Mont.-based Big Sky objects to the usage of the phrase because its beer cans carry the slogan, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

However, Anheuser-Busch disagrees, saying the phrase "hold my beer and watch this" isn't trademarked.
