President Joe Biden today is expected to sign an executive order to help fulfill his Buy American campaign pledge to boost domestic manufacturing.
The order would tighten government procurement rules to make it more difficult for federal agencies to purchase imported products over domestic items.
The order also will work to better deliver information on bids to small and midsize businesses.
