President Joe Biden on Tuesday signed the Inflation Reduction Act into law after passage by the House and Senate.
The roughly $430 billion package sets a 15% minimum corporate tax rate and is expected to reduce the country's deficit by more than $300 billion over a decade.
It includes a $369 billion investment in climate and energy policies.
