Biden outlines $1.9T stimulus package

President-elect Joe Biden yesterday proposed a $1.9 trillion stimulus package.

The package would include more than $400 billion to directly combat the coronavirus pandemic. Another $350 billion would be earmarked to bridge budget shortfalls for state and local governments.

The plan also would send $1,400 direct payments to individuals.
