Biden has room on health care, though limited by Congress

President-elect Joe Biden  probably won't get sweeping health care changes through a closely divided Congress, but there are actions he can choose to make a tangible difference on affordability and coverage for millions of people.

For instance, there’s bipartisan interest in prescription drug legislation to limit Medicare medicine costs and to curb surprise medical bills.
