Singer Beyonce is suing a U.S. company to stop it from selling merchandise branded "Feyonce."
The pop star claims Texas-based Feyonce Inc.'s label is too close to her own trademarked name. She further contends it confuses customers and fans and damages her reputation.
Via its website, Feyonce sells clothing and other items such as mugs with the label.
Legal papers accuse the firm of "trademark infringement, unfair competition, trademark dilution, among a score of other statutory and common law violations".
