Best Buy Co. Inc. is investigating allegations that CEO Corie Barry engaged in an inappropriate romantic relationship with another executive.
Best Buy's board hired law firm Sidley Austin LLP for the investigation.
The board last month received an anonymous letter alleging Barry was romantically involved with former Best Buy Senior Vice President Karl Sanft before she became CEO.
