Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. agreed to purchase Dominion Energy Inc.'s natural gas and storage assets.
The transaction announced yesterday is valued at $4 billion.
Through the deal, Berkshire Hathaway Energy is set to gain more than 7,700 miles of natural gas transmission lines and 900 billion cubic feet of gas storage.
