Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway this week sold nearly 500,000 U.S. Bancorp shares.
The May 11-12 transactions generated $16.3 million for Berkshire, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Berkshire Hathaway's stake in U.S. Bancorp is now less than 10%.
