Bentonville, Arkansas-based HFA Architecture + Engineering has acquired a Baltimore-based boutique architecture firm, Arkansas Business reports.
The financial terms were undisclosed for HFA's acquisition of The Chesapeake Design Group, Architects Inc.
“Part of our vision is to expand our regional presence while securing vital talent,” HFO CEO Dave Wilgus said in a news release. “Bringing CDG into the HFA community achieves both very well.”
