Belair Theater

Rich Kramer Construction is the general contractor for Morris Group Hotels’ Belair Theater, 1600 W. Hwy. 76, Branson. Chamberlain Architects PC is the architect. Engineers are Larose & Schober, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Wells & Scaletty, structural; and Rozell Engineering, civil. The two-level facility comprises 29,885 square feet on the main level, which will house a theater. The lower level, with 28,630 square feet, will house ’57 Heaven, an exhibit featuring 1957 memorabilia.
