Rich Callahan, General Manager of Air Services Heating and Air Conditioning and All Service Plumbing, says he believes servant leadership is the most important aspect of managing employees. “You need to serve your employees, find out what their needs are, listen to them, and respond to them,” says Callahan. Knowing and respecting your team and letting them get to know you can make the work environment feel more like a family, Callahan says. Callahan is one of Springfield Business Journal's Men of the Year for 2018.
