Bee Creek Business Park takes shape

Posted online
With the first of six speculative office/warehouse buildings at Bee Creek Business Park to be finished by February, developer David Junge is beginning to look for tenants to fill the space.

Bee Creek Business Park is located on 20 acres at 465 Rinehart Road, just off of Bee Creek Road, north of Branson.

Junge, owner of Pacific Builders of Branson, said he is looking for material-supplier tenants, such as floor covering companies and cabinet makers.

The first building, totaling more than 12,000 square feet, is divided into two sections. One section is split up as a 2,200-square-foot office and a 3,000-square-foot warehouse. The second section comprises 1,800 square feet of office space and 5,400 square feet of warehouse space. Junge estimated the total cost of construction for the first two buildings to be about $1 million.

Construction of a second building should be finished by April.

Junge said that as his company finds tenants for the first two buildings, he will begin construction on the next two buildings. He plans to build a total of four buildings in 2007 with a combined 35,000 square feet.

Project architect Densel Kimbrough of Kimbrough Design Studio in Springfield described the building as “upscale,” with brick and masonry construction. Most of the units also will include a fenced storage yard.

Rozell Engineering of Branson is the civil engineer and Miller Engineering of Springfield is the structural engineer for the project.

Junge came to the area from California in 1992 to help construct Branson Towers Hotel and later developed the Hidden Meadows residential subdivision, also located just off of Rinehart Road. Architect Kimbrough recently designed a retail building housing Fashion Outlet on West Highway 76 and a new apartment complex in Hollister.[[In-content Ad]]
