Developer and general contractor David Junge of Pacific Builders is building a 12,000-square-foot commercial building, his second in Bee Creek Business Park. Kimbrough Design Studio is the architect. Engineers are Rozell Engineering Co. PC, civil; and Miller Engineering PC, structural. Junge plans to build two more buildings in Bee Creek Business Park, comprising a total of 35,000 square feet.
